There are other threads about this topic already. Anything you get will suffer from losing the signal for a week when they change the codes, the prices you have quoted above are already for what you call 'clones'. I have dealt with numerous people who can install and some of them are honest, most are very dodgy. I have found Felicia as good as anyone to deal with.
When you do need a new card later remember that they are cheap to re-write and you should pay no more then RMB100, and there is no such thing as 'special cards', some people will try to con you RMB1000 claiming it will update when it won't.

I have been in Shanghai for more than 6 years I have had two previous satellite service provides prior to Angel. Angel is far ahead of any other service provider in Shanghai. The main reason is that you are responsive for the customers needs and that fact that you keep your customers informed when there is any problem.
